PHASE I - Mountain View Park Model Cabin/Home Lots

Beautiful views and landscape are enjoyed from these lower lots, dropping about 600 feet in elevation from the ridge lots, but still full of beauty, freshness, and privacy. These lots enjoy a more personal look at the surrounding mountains.  You may hear the sound of the cute winding creek or get a view of the pond included in the common area of the subdivision.  These lots afford you the ability to either build or pull your own park model/tiny house size mountain home onto your own piece of heaven for a quick and easy get away place.

These lots rise in elevation to about 2000 ft, but don't let that detour you from these beautiful and spacious lots with easy access! These lots enjoy much of the same views as The Ridges, just a more specific direction.  The lots enjoy the same types of landscape and also have a beauty looking up and down the mountain.  They are very roomy and spread out so your view is controlled and unhindered.  Very easy access, privacy and beauty all fill your desires for your own mountain get away or home.  

PHASE III - The Ridges of
Jonquil Woods

There are two ridges in Jonquil Woods. One runs North and South the other East and West. There are a few lots that have almost a 360 degree view and one with a full 360 degree view.  The elevation on these lots is 2700 ft.  with beautiful close up mountain views along with long distance views. You can see clear to the ranges of Sylva and the Appalachian trail. These lots will have you enjoying beautiful breezes, landscape natural to the area, including Mountain Laurel clusters, Rhododendrons, Holly trees, and Dogwoods. Both ridges enjoy easy access by the graded gravel road natural to the subdivision.   *Roads to some areas are not gravel yet.  See below

We are in the final stage of ridge lot development for this beautiful subdivision.  There are many steps in the process such as the installation of well and water lines, underground electric lines, and graveling roads.  Some areas are not graveled yet because it is best to do that after the underground utilities are installed. Well and water lines are being installed and run up Jonquil Woods Road along the ridge.  Electric lines will be run underground from the transformer to the lots. As Lots are sold and permits are requested the power lines will be finalized.  Lots are now being offered with water, ability for electric and one lot has a septic installed.
