Hello, We are Russ and Lora Pancoast

We reside in the State of Florida and  have been in real estate investing as long as we have been married.  We have a love for the Western North Carolina area and have thought some day of owning property there with a cabin, mountain views, flowing creek, or pond, and beautiful woods.  This became a reality for us and is all a part of Jonquil Woods!  

 

Since we were blessed to purchase something much more than we need, we hope to share a little piece of this heaven with a lot of you.  Jonquil Woods was developed somewhat prior to us purchasing it.  It is named after the flowering plant Jonquila and is seen growing wild among many southern states. It is known for its' yellow or white blooms that begin in the spring. It is a treat that Jonquils can be seen scattered through out the subdivision.

 

As you explore our website we hope to introduce you to the many sections of this  beautiful property and help you to choose your next get away place!

Russ and I have been married for 40 years.  We have two children, Ashley, a UF graduate, and Russell, Jr. married to Brooke, both working full time management positions in Florida. Our kids have always been involved in our real estate investing over the years and have enjoyed the same beauty and area of North Carolina with us.  

 

Our desire is to make Jonquil Woods a beautiful family friendly place for you to either call your permanent home, or that special retreat you've been looking for!  

 

We hope to make this a community were people can enjoy the beauty God has given us, and hopefully develop friendships in the process.  Feel free to contact us with any questions you have about the subdivision or to pursue purchasing a lot of your own.
